Billy and Adam go in search of our Latest Local supplier, providing us with organic free range chickens, just up the road and living in total happiness. Watch the Specials Board for these tasty birds...!!

Our latest local supplier just past Lilliesleaf is now supplying us wit his organic free range chickens of French variety, which have lived an extremely long and happy life as chickens go. To add to their flavour, they have been hung for us for 4 days and have a very rich flavour not found in supermarket chickens.

Our chefs are going to prepare these special chickens and offer them as specials from time to time on the blackboard. If they take off(sic) then you'll be sure to see them on the new restaurant menu too.
